Meal for my wife’s birthday was excellent. Staff very attentive, Served a delightful High Cow Loin (on a skillet) and a fantastic Seafood Paella. Passion fruit Cheesecake for desert was also great. Staff sang happy birthday to my wife whilst playing a ukulele…was a nice touch…would highly recommend this restaurant.

Best food so far in Madrid on this trip. Very friendly owner, well made and tasty food. Ordered all the signature dishes and none of them were disappointed . Food severed in a timely manner. We had a great experience there, go try it out, you won’t regret.

The gazpacho was small but very refreshing and tasty. Shrimp tacos looked delicious. Fried cheese were good for sharing, but would have liked more dipping sauce. Paella was plenty for 2-4 people, but little protein added. Sangria and other cocktails were large and good. Excellent, caring staff.

They try to sell too many tables during the evening. Result: waiting outside till a table Is available and very lomg waiting time for the food. Chaos rules.

As promised in earlier reviews the food is really fantastic! It’s original, tasty, fresh and authentic but at the same time it surprises you. Service is warm and real. Prices are reasonable. The place is quite small and that adds to the experience. A word of advice….please let the ‘locals’ also keep coming, otherwise it becomes too much a ‘TripAdvisor’ destination if you know what I mean.

Had an amazing meal at Lola Si Mola. The hake was cooked to perfection and the flavours in the stir-fry vegetables were immense. The only down-side was that the food had to be ordered via an App.

First let me say that I don’t like The Fork’s rating system. I believe I’d give this place a 9 for food and an 8 for ambiance. The food was fresh and super tasty. It was very well presented and the service was very good. Alex hustled and was very nice. We ordered a bottle of wine and it was quite hot. They were very nice and brought us a bag to place it in with ice. Once it cooled it was good. The restaurant is tiny but cute. The air struggled and it was very warm in there. As people cleared out it did get cooler. I would certainly recommend Lola, as the food was very nice.

What a nice restaurant, just 5 minutes from the Prado Museum. Typical spanish food, made with fresh products and serious work. The food and drinks were excellent, and the service by Alex and (his wife?) was really kind ! Can't wait to go back ASAP !!!

We found it on TripAdvisor and so glad we did. The menu has some really original (fusion) type items that were each delicious. The warm tacos, Bao steak taco were amazing. But the buffalo mozzarella with pesto and chipotle was over the top. Order 3-4 and split them between two people for a wonderful tapas dinner. Alex (from Philly) and his work-mate were the best- great service and personable/welcoming. Atmosphere is intimate (maybe 10 tables) so if you can get a reservation even better. Thank you for one of our best meals in Spain so far!!!
