I have to say that the food is amazing. On the other hand the service was very bad and extremely slow. The food was late and I felt that the kitchen is not organised. There’s a big problem when it comes to service and kitchen flow.

Food is excellent, with many choices and good recommendations. Service was overall good, even though they “forgot” a little about me, even while the restaurant was almost empty and thus not busy. The place is nice but somewhat lacking atmosphere, as it was almost empty. Still, very nice and recomendable.

The sushi was wonderful while eating at the restaurant. Presentation was beautiful. Service was excellent. Sadly, I was nauseated after about 3.5 hours. I vomited all night and felt sick for several days after.

Very good food and service but the restaurant it is inside an incredibly ugly and standard Hilton hotel. It could be a road hotel in Minnesota. Cero atmosphere and cero charm.

We were visiting Spain and had some difficulty finding higher quality sushi places and we were glad to find this one. Pretty good sushi in a clean and crisp setting. Nice sake list; good value Service started out very good, but became a bit disorderly as the restaurant filled up. In general presentation was very good.

Everything we tried was great, would definitely go back for the food, but probably won't because of the ambiance. You're literally eating in a hotel lobby with lonely hotel guests who don't feel like leaving the hotel, so would not recommend it for a romantic night out. They also served us at lightning speed, which is usually not something to complain about, but we were in and out in 50 minutes, which seems a bit excessive!

Amazing: product, préparation, explanation, and attention of staff. Also quantity (with Chef Omakase which i recommend) was perfect for us. I highly recommend as it is the best japanese in Madrid.
