Thanks to the advice of a friend, we made an early reservation (5.00 pm) and became the first customers of dinner. Lucius absolutely exceeded our expectations. At first, looked a bit cold but got warmer with welcoming service. Incredibly tasty dishes accompanied with a multi-national wine list (we picked a riesling) made our day. And they had very nice desserts to finish this feast. Definitely worth another visit.

The Fish Restaurant is a go to for good food and fine service. All of your favorites are on the menu. A favorite among locals as well as for tourists. I do recommend reservations.

Restaurant Lucius is located in the heart of Amsterdam, on the characteristic Spuistraat. Travelling by public transport? You'll reach us within minutes. By tram, take line 2 or 12 and get off at Paleisstraat stop. From there, it's just a short walk of approximately 3 minutes to the restaurant. Prefer the metro? Take the North-South line and get off at Rokin station. From the metro station, you'll reach our restaurant in about 5 minutes on foot.
