Outstanding sommelier. Food is not great. Also when it tastes so bad that you can't eat it, the staff just clear it away and throw it in the bin, and don't say anything. Don't they feel ashamed to take your money for this?

The service was incredible all-round, but Ronald was the highlight. He took the time to walk us through the wine pairings in detail and even gave a tour at the end. Truly above and beyond!

Food is tasty well presented and imaginative- a great place to celebrate a special occasion Ambience wise - decor is busy and adding Christmas decorations to an already busy decor is a bit much.

I was astounded with the level of service, quality and flavor of the food, and the whole experience. From end to end, the whole dining experience for the “chef’s menu” took a little over 2.5 hours and each dish was delightful. So delightful, I joked to the service staff that this would be my chosen “last meal.” If you are in Amsterdam, you cannot miss this unforgettable experience.

Ronald, the maître d' was excellent! This is our second time there and I've never been disappointed with the food. It's an incredible experience all the way around would highly recommend if you've never been.

The service, the food and the wine pairing were all fantastic. Incredible flavours and combinations. Having the chef come out regularly and introduce some of the courses was super as well. Sommelier was great and very informative.

First, the sommelier didn't seem to be surprised and annoyed when I requested to avoid white wine for the pairing. we had the chance to discover nice red wine during the dinner. The pace was extremely good and the service was discreet as we like. The caviar popcorn became my favourite dessert! The chef and his team deserve more than a one star Michelin.

Great food with surprising combinations and a mix of cuisines. Flawless staff and good wine pairing. Ambiance is tacky / corny and the silver sprayed flower bouquets don’t do the food justice.
