Great food, wine and service in a quiet beautiful corner with great views along the canals. The steak filet and tiramisu were wonderful! Definitely Recommend!

The food was great, with good service. The interior is small, making the space a little cramped.

Nice service and very good food. Asked for a Grappa and we were a little bit astonished that we were charged 12 euros for it. Seemed on the high side and should have been mentioned before.

Backstreet gem of a place. Superb host, friendly and informative. Made great wine suggestions. Clearly have a super chef as the food was delicious and so well presented. Would return again and highly recommend

Lovely restaurant away from the main crowds over looking the canal. Staff were all very friendly and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend it if you’re in Venice!

Considering the reviews, was disappointed. “Roasted potatoes” wasn’t roasted enough, and came out of the kitchen barely warm. Wine pour was very skimpy. Even with a reservation we were being steered to another indoor seating area 40 ft away ( outdoor not really an option because of the weather). Had much better food and service at another restaurant the night before.

Very welcoming. Excellent food and a very well curated wine list. We enjoyed our meal and the very good bottle of Venetian Pinot Nera.

We visited Luna Sentada for lunch. The setting was lovely, Located on the canal with outside seating where you can people watch and watch the gondolas go by. The staff were friendly and attentive. We chose this spot based on reviews. However I’m sorry to say the food was nothing special and very over priced for what it was (bearing in mind this location is off the tourist path and you are unlikely to stumble upon it). I had a nice but over priced caprese salad at €19. My husband had a pizza which was average and more like bruschetta. Beers & wine by the glass options were nice and reasonable. We were also charged €4 each for the ‘coperto’ (cover) which seemed excessive. We are used to paying a cover charge but not per person and not €8. We dined in a number of excellent restaurants for lunch and dinner throughout our stay in Venice and spend alot of time researching and choosing options so it was disappointing to have visited here for lunch as the food lets it down in my opinion.

We are surprised to read your comments, especially since we had reserved for you the best table along the canal – a truly magical setting that many envy – and at the end of your lunch we also offered you our traditional Venetian biscuits. Our pizza is not bruschetta, but the result of careful research: selected type 1 and 2 flours, natural sourdough, and certified DOP products. The coperto is not a simple extra charge, but includes unlimited bread and cotton-linen napkins, as well as other details that make the experience more refined. Wonderful out of the way spot, still alive with charm, right on the canal. Food and service outstanding. Would def come back!
