Although the food was ok(ish). It’s not what you would call typical japanese. Personally, it’s just because of the 40% off with th fork that i was okay with the price, we paid 56 euros instead of 90… this is just a chinese restaurant that’s okayish…

We chose Magokoro to celebrate Saint Valentine... we couldn't have been happier! The owner is just the cutest person ever, she took perfect care of all the guest in the house completely by herself. We were amazed by the quality of the food! This is definitely not your usual Japanese restaurant, you get to try new dishes and taste different and incredible flavours. We fell in love for the sesame sauce (those eggplants were just WOW) and the chicken was perfect in both texture and flavour. Definitely one of the best experiences with Japanese cuisine ever, we'll be back!

Food was fresh and deliciously home-made. The dorade sashimi and the “beignet” were amazing. To top it all, home-made mochi was superb! The lady staff was efficient, kind, and proud of her products. The price was a bit higher than usual but worth it.

Excellent host who took the time to explain the menu and Japanese food in some detail which greatly aided our selections. Delicious food and a great atmosphere made Magokoro our best dining experience for the week in Paris

The food was some of the best Japanese food we have ever tasted! The waitress was extremely lovely and the restaurant was cozy and a perfect way to celebrate a birthday! It was so great, it’s not wonder the mayor endorsed it! If I lived in Paris I would come every week!!!
