Sticking true to the cuisine, every dish in Maimara is full of flavours and warmth. We tried the chicken tikka and chicken biryani from the Indian menu. Both were light and flavourful, which is similar to Afghan style. Then we had the lamb korma, which was melt in the mouth. Finishing off with the evergreen firni. To top it off, they played classic instrumental music from that part of the world, transporting you there.
