The restaurant get a smart server and receptionist who are good at observe customers’ need. However, chefs are seemingly forgot how to cook food, but only combine elements like factory boys. Less creative and not surprising taste will end this store whatever 30 years history.

we took a 7-course course: the onion sauce overwhelmed any other ingredients, it felt like we were only eating onions. In the evening I had stomach problems after this dinner. Service is biased based on nationality. I do not recommend this restaurant

Michel, the co-manager, and Hibok, a sommelier, were incredible. And the food was amazing - well worth the two Michelin stars. Some of the best food I’ve had in years. Great wine selection as well. The only negative was service from the head sommelier, Jeremy. If you’re Asian and you order two decent bottles of wine, be prepared to get asked why you ordered those two bottles and whether you’re aware of the producer and the cuvee. After ordering two bottles through Hibok, both of which I had tried on multiple occasions, Jeremy came by and proceeded to ask whether I was familiar with the producer and then further proceeded to ask whether I knew enough about the cuvee that we were getting. What a humiliating experience. He didn’t have the courage to speak up to anyone else, either because they got glasses of wine or because they got the wine pairing. This just isn’t befitting of anyone in a fine dining establishment. He was the sole reason for the one star service review. There is no excuse.

3 1/2 hours of happiness! We had an amazing week in Paris and the finale here put a cherry at the top!! Everything was excellent! The dishes were all phenomenal and the wine pairing mades each dish an adventure!! Our waiter Michael and Mathis was.attentive , warm & friendly! We were lucky to meet the chef and the pastry chef! Can’t wait to come back again.!

The food and service were outstanding, worthy of the Michelin stars it sports. We had caviar, lobster, duck and dessert and all of it tasted absolutely divine. The service was exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. However, we had dinner in July, and the dining room was uncomfortably hot, especially for men wearing dinner jackets. Furthermore, while the art in the room was exceptional (I believe there was a paining by Alexander Calder), it was sparse, and the wall of one room seemed only to have the word "bleu" in neon lights. The tables, seating, and dinnerware were all perfect, however, so diners coming at a different time of year may have a 10/10 experience.

Very nice restaurant, amazing service. But in the menu you have option 1 degustation menu, option 2 la carte. I personally do not eat fish and on the degustation menu they were 3 courses with fish, so I decided to choose a la carte, my husband wanted the degustation menu. They told us we could not do that because the chef did not want to!!Because they could not serve the plates at the same time, I said it was fine for us. They answered it would not be possible, so I had to choose the degustation menu even if I did not like it. For the price I do not think it is correct at all! As a customer whe I go to a restaurant I have to have the option to eat what I want and not what they want !!!

First time trying a Michelin star restaurant was not disappointed. I had the lunch menu it was €105 I’m not sure what counts as a course but they brought out 8 things total and there was unlimited bread (found that out the hard way they just kept bringing it) I was full at the end. The staff spoke English and where very nice and theatrical with the presentation. The atmosphere was very classy. Had a glass of White wine that really good for €17. Be where the water is €11 per carafe if you don’t ask for it from the tap. It is quite a lot of money for lunch but compared to other experiences in the same category I found online it was practically a steal.

We had the truffles menu and it was excellent. Service was prompt and attentive. Sommelier was young but knowledgeable and gave us good recommendation as we didnt want to do the wine pairing. We had a great dinner and it truly is a well deserved two star.

Not enough good things to say about this Michelin star restaurant. The food and service are what are expected. Plus, I have to give a huge thanks for having accommodated us for the wine and tasting menu. Although we arrived at 930 and the tasting menu ends at 915 - they still allowed us to partake on that amazing culinary adventure. Every dish and wine spectacular.

Food was good but not as good as I'd hoped for a 2 Michelin star restaurant. All of the dishes were good, and a couple were very good but nothing that blew me away. Although they made apples more delicious then I've ever had them before. Service was excellent and ambience was pretty good.
