Friendly waitstaff and a menu with a lot of choices. Ambience was typical. We had the home made pasta with pomodoro, caprese appetizers, both were very good. One of us had the filet mignon which was cooked exactly as requested. The other had the spaghetti with sardines fennel and raisins. It was the first time I had this and I liked It very much.

It was a wet rainy night and very busy when we arrived. Staff quickly took our umbrellas and took us to our table. Food was amazing, staff were very attentive. The best meal we have had in Taormina.

Very good food and service. Ravioli special with shrimp in a cream sauce was unique and flavorful. Steak with mushroom cream was perfectly cooked and tender.

Malvasia was the BEST restaurant that we are in so far in Taormina. The food was beyond delicious. The service was outstanding and the ambiance was like being in your grandmother dining room which was pure joy and nostalgia.,I highly recommend Malvasia

A sort of rustic Sicilian restaurant and nothing wrong in that, the food was fine, pasta course very good. Service prompt, atmosphere a bit hectic, little room between tables.

Classic Sicilian food served in a no frills restaurant close to the centre of Taormina. Our food was fresh and delicious and we found the staff to be engaging, polite and friendly.

Good food at fair prices. The canoli, were amazing! We had a booking for 8m but had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. The restaurant is very small so the tables are very close together. The waiting staff are friendly and efficient.

Good food, good service. Enjoyed speaking with the family owners and chefs. Would not hesitate to return. Glad they take reservations with The Fork.

Quick service from staff and typical and plentiful Sicilian food. Occasional traffic on the road outside but a nice, cosy little restaurant
