This was hands down one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. I have eaten at many Michelin star restaurants and Adduma Taormina deserves at least 1 star. Marika and Stefano were superb with their service knowledge of the food and the recommendations for wine. There was so much great food but the highlight was the waygu beef and the 2 starters beef tartare with potato millefeuille and lovely sauces and accompaniments. The sashimi filetto with pesto and Parmesan chip was equally amazing! The wine was exquisite and the desserts were heavenly. This is a restaurant not to be missed.

10/10We visited Adduma for dinner and had a wonderful experience! We were given a romantic table for two, and the staff were very friendly and took time to explain the specials, in addition to the excellent and varied main menu. Our starters - prawn tartare and octopus - had great flavours, and the main courses were exceptional. My fillet was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had (which is saying something!) and my husband had the spaghetti with clams - both beautifully presented. The wine list was also extensive and full of local choices to enjoy. I would highly recommend a visit to Adduma if you are in Taormina.

This restaurant seems to have ideas above its station. The prices are high. The food is ok but nothing special. The portions are small. To not feel hungry you need 3 courses. Wine prices extortionate Have been going to Taormina annually since 2012 Visited when it was Casa Giola (Hot it’s Michelin status in 2017). and was much better. Shame that had to close

A real gem! Just off the busy Corso Umberto but quieter so that was welcomed too. A terrific change of pace with different flavours than the usual fare we had been eating. While we had no bad bites in Taormina during our 5-day stay, it was refreshing to have Italian, but also Asian and Mexican flavours too. Cocktails and meal just outstanding. Nice service too. Best meal we had, no question.

10/10The restaurant was the best finding! We absolutely loved the food especially the steak! It was one of the most delicious we had ever tried. The staff was also amazing and really friendly! Definitely worth eating here if you ever visit Taormina!

+2Loved our first visit so decided to visit again to celebrate a “special” Birthday here at the end of our week. Food was excellent (oysters and fillet steak) and service was amazing as they remembered us from our previous visit. We preordered a Magnum of Rose and a special dessert and the staff made us feel really valued. Would highly recommend 😊

10/10What a beautiful evening! We were treated fantastic and the food was very flavorful! Not the same as many restaurants here in Taormina. Definitely a different menu! So great and with a chill in the air they made sure we were comfortable with a heater and blanket!
