This was hands down one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. I have eaten at many Michelin star restaurants and Adduma Taormina deserves at least 1 star. Marika and Stefano were superb with their service knowledge of the food and the recommendations for wine. There was so much great food but the highlight was the waygu beef and the 2 starters beef tartare with potato millefeuille and lovely sauces and accompaniments. The sashimi filetto with pesto and Parmesan chip was equally amazing! The wine was exquisite and the desserts were heavenly. This is a restaurant not to be missed.

10/10We visited Adduma for dinner and had a wonderful experience! We were given a romantic table for two, and the staff were very friendly and took time to explain the specials, in addition to the excellent and varied main menu. Our starters - prawn tartare and octopus - had great flavours, and the main courses were exceptional. My fillet was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had (which is saying something!) and my husband had the spaghetti with clams - both beautifully presented. The wine list was also extensive and full of local choices to enjoy. I would highly recommend a visit to Adduma if you are in Taormina.
