6.5/10The Lasanga was good. But not done with love. No salad to the plate. Very small portions. Had to order extra portions of burretas to not leave the place still hungry.

7.5/10The owner is really nice and comes by the table often to check if we needed anything else and if everything is alright. The antipasti was very good and highly recommended. A lot going on on that plank and taste was good. The only big issue we had is that half of the choices of the mains were not available!?? It was the start of a Saturday dinner and a lot was not available. At some point it became very difficult to choose for 4 person because there was almost nothing left to chose from (of the main courses).... We ended with a Teramisu which was very nice also. The kids loved it. Overall an OK experience but I doubt I will be giving it a second try to be honest.

10/10It was our 1 year marriage anniversary and we love Italian food so we decided to eat dinner at Mangia Pasta Bar. It was a great decision! The service was amazing, the waitress was very nice and always with a smile. She recommended the Nerano and the Linguine alle vongole, and they were both amazing. The starters, the wine and desserts were also very good ????

9.5/10Absolutely authentic italian! Owner came from Napels to open a restaurant with his wife. Food is delicious, service is a bit slow but for a brand new restaurant its really good! I would recommend any time! Try the cabonera!

7.5/10Reserved a table via The Fork, got the table as per my reservation but when needed to pay the discount was not included. It appeared that I was sited at pizza bar instead of pasta and the discount is no longer valid. Very dissatisfied and disappointed

10/10It was one of the greatest places and nights had! We started with Italian starters, continued with pasta (super awesome!) and tried all the deserts. Every single one of the dish is unique and certainly to be tasted. Let alone the service! Friendly with great ambiance

About the restaurant
Antonio Cavoto is a creative pizza maker from San Marco dei Cavoti a small town near Naples. His passion for pizza has been within him since he was 13, when he started making pizza together with his father Salvatore. He got a degree in civil engineering, and continued building his experience during and after his studies, working as a pizza maker in different pizzerias. In 2017 he decides to leave Italy to move to Amsterdam, where he starts working at Mangia Pizza, initially as a pizza maker. After working there for one year, he deepens even more his passion for Neapolitan pizza and starts building his team leadership skills. At that moment, suddenly something unexpected happens…
He gets a call from England with a job proposal to work as an engineer. He finds himself in front of a crossroad, aware that he has to make one the most important decisions of his life: choose between his passion or continue the path of his studies.
