The dining experience is nouvelle Italian cuisine with a French touch. Ingredients are local and each dish is explained when served so the service experience is part of the entire "show". Food was inventive and very good. We ordered from the al a carte menu, duck breast and liver. Included was an "amuse bouche" and a small dessert. These were a pleasant surprise and well prepared. The restaurant is a renovated olive oil mill. The renovation architecture is marvelous and a real feast for the eyes. Lighting a bit strong, but I like dim lighting when I dine. A visit to the bathroom is a must, totally clean but the surprise was in the luxury of it , like a 5 star hotel.

One of the tastiest and finest dining experience in Italy. What a beautiful and modern restaurant! the ambiance will surprise you and the service is truly impeccable. There is a gourmet menu and a traditional that are served at different part of the restaurant. If you reserve with Fork it is for the gourmet restaurant. We were there as a couple and had an amazing 7-course meal experience. The appetizer and Umberger as well as duck and the finale chocolate were my favourites but everything was so unique and special. As a Canadian visitor the price was unbelievably affordable for such fine dining. This place needs a Michelin star.

A rare find in a non-touristy town this stylish restaurant was designed with the greatest attention to detail, Not unlike the top eateries in New York, London, Paris or Rome. The menu is creative using only the very best farm-to-table ingredients and presentation is excellent. I'd highly recommend this restaurant for a special night out or celebration. Everyone here works hard to ensure you have a memorable dining experience.

What a surprise! Wonderfully restored and re-imagined 1949 olive oil mill works... beautiful, thoughtful spaces for cocktails, cooking classes, special events, a garden! Absolutely terrific. As was the dynamite concierge and serving staff. The excellent food most definitely held its own amid all the visual splendor. A sensational find!
