Mövenpick Brasserie em Basel is an excellent and very traditional restaurant! I must go place to meet friends, with family, and enjoy very professional service, delicious food and great ambiance! Prices are fair! Mövenpick ice-cream as dessert is simply the best!

The waitress which sereved us was very efficient and very friendly. A big choice of various food. A restaurant with a nice brasserie ambiance in the middle of the city of Basel.

Worst service ever... old guy is trained well in ignoring you. Wings were partly good, partly not that good... depended on good luck

When we arrived we waited a good 5 minutes while 3 serving staff basically ignored us even though we had booked. One eventually told us to sit anywhere. My son had a burger and chips which he said was good. I had the homemade roast beef. The roast beef was excellent but it was placed under and enormous salad which was then drenched in oil. The roast beef was soggy because of the oil. This was a shame as I wanted to enjoy the beef with the tartar sauce which came with it. There were too many olives on the plate as well. We were informed there was no icecream on the menu even though the Movenpick stall outside continued to serve icecreams.
