10/10Lunch at this restaurant became one of those memorable experiences on vacation you look back on years ahead. Staff were extremely personable - and multilingual. The ambience can best be described as business casual at lunchtime. All locals - most out with work colleagues. Very good selection of wines by the glass as well as bottles. Prix fixe 2 or 3 course lunch menu in addition to à la carte options. Amuse bouche provided as well. Just everything we ate was perfect in taste, texture and temperature. Very high quality cuisine. Do NOT miss out on dessert!

5/10Our service vorgot us. I except that it was during the art fair but, we arrived early and it took for ever to order, drinks came very slow, and then at 22:00 we asked about our main course and it had been forgotten, and to be truthfull it was not very good. Only I dish was exceptable. Never again.

10/10A lovely gem in a non-touristic neighborhood of Basel! Like to go there since years. Excellent and savoury food, with a well selected wine list, combined with a service, that makes you feel welcome! Highly recommended :-)
