We visited because we understood the restaurant catered well for vegetarians. That’s not particularly the case but the proprietor offered to make non-meat versions of their meals. We didn’t actually do that and for our mains we went for the local version of Welsh Rarebit - lots of tasty cheese with mushrooms. We had a very nice French wine recommended by the proprietor. The meal was well priced and we enjoyed the small restaurant ambience.

Great food. recommend the chicken and chorizo risotto. My husband's beef carbonade arrived to the table cold but they heated it through fairly quickly. Would have preferred a physical menu instead of scanning a bar code to be honest.
