Try the parpadelle! It was amazing

It’s a very cute little restaurant! The food was excellent. We had lasagna and veal. Prices reasonable. They even gave us 30 percent off for fork reservations. Service warm and welcoming.

I arrived at the restaurant mentioned I had a reservation. Ordered water, wine, first course, and the second course. When time to pay, the server asked to pay at the counter. He didn’t bring the bill to the table. I left and a minute went by, checking the price of each item against the price on the menu and the server DID NOT take any promotion into consideration. Went back to inform the server I have reservation with 30% promotion he then said I didn’t tell him that when I entered the restaurant. I won’t recommend people use the fork app to try the food here unless you need to make clear you have a reservation with the FORK app and what promotion needed to be deducted at the time of payment. For me, I won’t come back this restaurant for future business.

Delicious food and beautiful atmosphere. The restaurant was calm and had lovely music playing softly in the background. The menu had plenty of traditional dishes to choose from and we were very satisfied with the quality and taste of the dishes. Will return again! Thank you Marco and the chefs at Osteria del Tegolaio.

Our second time back and the service, food and ambience were great again! The staff is always welcoming and prompt. This time, we had the Ossobucco and the Tagliolini with Porcini. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. Grazie mille! -Brent and Leslie

We were met with a warm welcome upon arrival. Our waitress Nicole was super friendly and engaging throughout our meal. My wife loved her tortelli, and I absolutely adored the pappardelle with wild boar sauce, whose sauce was made even more intense with an added touch of ruby chocolate. Thanks to all! A superb dinner prior to our Friday evening visit to the Vasari Corridor.

The food was first-rate and the service was impeccable. One of the best meals we had during our recent trip to Italy.

The food was really delicious, especially the steak (10/10) and the side dishes. However, for my starter, the bruschetta, I think using tomatoes with a bit more flavor would make a big difference. The ones used were a bit too neutral in taste, probably because they had been stored in the fridge for a while and lost some of their natural sweetness. Apart from that, everything was excellent!

The food was fantastic, however i met some amazing ladies from Miami and the proprietor turned the evening into a party. Pushed back the tables and he and all the staff joined in and he wasn't going to let me sit alonr. Truly a night I shall never forget! Thsnk you for a wonderful first night in Florence 😍

Food was good but not the top. Booked with fork but did not offer discount. When asked, the waiter only gave 10% not 30% stated on booking. It was not so clear and honest.

Food was good, not over the top, as you would expect. Menu selection reasonable. I had osso bucco and it was quite tasty. We will return again.

Mario is the best waiter ever and the food is absolutely amazing. My son who is 21 said this was probably the best meal we have ever had as a family.
