10/10+1Everything was delicious from the starters to the dessert and the winepairing was just perfect! This experience is so much better than most Michelinstar restaurants. We took the five course diner for 89 euro. We would recommend the restaurant to everyone who loves excellent gastronomic food accompanied by the perfect wine. Also thank you for the perfect service and the moment we had with the chef who is a true artist.

10/10+7Absolutely incredible experience. We did the vegan seven-course menu for dinner. Vegan fine dining can be very hit or miss at non-specialty restaurants, but Cuculia got everything right. We enjoyed a breadth of ingredients, textures and flavour profiles. I was particularly a fan of the risotto (the contrast of the sweetness of the tomatoes and the soy sauce reduction was brilliant) and the chocolate bread dessert (the peach purée added a wonderful tartness to the sweet!) This was one of many highlights of our trip to Florence. Highly recommend for a date night with a partner.

10/10This was the best meal my wife and I have ever had in our lives! This was our last day in Florence on our honeymoon before we head down to the Amalfi Coast to cap our trip off, but we will be dreaming of this place forever. The food was out of this world, the service from Gianluca, Catalina, and Luigi was impeccable, and the restaurant itself had the most intimate and perfect ambience. It’s a wonder this place only has one Michelin Star - it should have 3! Everything from the amuse bouche of miso broccolini and apricot, to the antipasti of stuffed tomato and salmon mosaic, to the primi of beef ravioli (of which we ordered ANOTHER after our secondi), to the secondi of pork with a raspberry and cherry sauce and beef filet with the best potatoes I’ve ever had - this was a meal for the ages. Top it all off with an amazing bottle of wine, multiple treats to celebrate our honeymoon, and incredible desserts, this place has our whole heart. We will be back every time we come to Florence!

10/10Very good quality food. I took a la carte and was served with lovey dishes, well presented and very good quality produce. As I was alone, I did not take a bottle of wine, but asked for a glass to go with each course. I was offered a very good selection of wines, which matched the dishes perfectly. It is not easy to eat well in Firenze, due to the extremely high volume of tourists, but if you want to have a fine dining experience, this is definitely a place to go.

10/10+4I came here with my sister for my birthday, and it was exceptional. The staff were so kind, welcoming, and really attentive both in terms of explaining the food and making it feel so special for me. I am grateful to the chef for accommodating us, the amazing complimentary dishes everyone received which whetted our appetites (the broccoli was exquisite!), and for designing such an imaginative and delicious tasting menu. I didn’t get the name of the staff who attended to us, but both were very committed and passionate. One recommended soft drinks to complement our food and another brought out a candle for my birthday with a raspberry illusion! Both were friendly, genuine, and made us feel comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the five course tasting menu. Highlights were the carpaccio (with the thinly sliced plum, herring eggs, and the most delicate fish), the bisque powder on the taglioni, and the best surprise dessert (chocolate, hazelnut, passion fruit, all in harmony). 10/10The chef, said to be from Venezuela, creates dishes that are incredibly delicate and exceptionally delicious. The cuisine appears to be influenced by Japanese cooking, as one dish's sauce contained soy sauce. The plates used are carefully chosen, and the staff is wonderfully welcoming. It is a highly recommended restaurant.
