The food was good, but unfortunately the stuff didn’t speak any basic level English so we didn’t get quite what we wanted to order (mostly because we couldn’t understand them talking only in Italian and they apparently couldn’t understand us speaking English only). But the most disappointing part was that we didn’t get promised discount (30%), actually we didn’t get any discount. This experience truly defeats the purpose of TheFork app and quite disappointed us. We showed the stuff app with the proof of our reservation but they ignored it and cashed us regularly. This was our first experience with TheFork and it looks like it’ll be the last one, and speaking of the restaurant - it sucks to not speak any basic English while running a culinary business next to the main railway station in the touristic city such as Naples in the peak of a season.
