9.5/10The large selection of sufflees made it a dinner different than all my dinners in Paris. Entree, plat, and dessert were all sufflees. There were other options. The meal was delicious!

From the artichoke tart and lentil veloute with truffle whipped cream, to the steak main course and poultry tourte (a traditional French dish), everything was perfection. Did I mention the caramel and vanilla bourbon soufflés? We will be talking about this meal for years to come!
