9.5/10Excellent restaurant. Small, only 14-16 seats, but cozy. The chefs themselves serve the food, and this is one of the highlights. They explain each dish and the concept behind it. But the real star is the food. Beautiful dishes, perfectly prepared and assembled. A fusion of French cuisine (represented here by the impressive sauces and ingredients) with Japanese touches and Malaysian spices. It's different from classic French restaurants, but definitely worth a try.

+9An incredible experience that deserves to be tried once in your life 🤩 We tried the Prestige menu, and the two dishes that shocked us were the lobster and the fish. Kwen and Ryu were super kind and extremely available in satisfying all our needs. This place will stay in our hearts for sure!

Dinner at Pertinence with Chef Naito was an absolute delight. Each dish was a perfect balance of creativity and precision, showcasing exceptional flavors and technique. The intimate setting and warm hospitality made the experience truly unforgettable. A must-visit in Paris!

10/10The food is spectacular—creative and beautiful. You cannot find this level of personal service anywhere else. The owner/husband works the front of the house and pays careful attention to every detail. Normally the wife is in the kitchen, but for dinner she’s home (for another couple of months) with their baby❤️ The fusion of French, Japanese and Malaysian cooking and food design result in perfection. Bravo!

We were so pleased with everything surrounding this meal. Our server was delightful and personable. The food was spectacular. We do not ever eat raw fish but the appetizer of raw tuna with a fried leaf exceeded our expectations! We know are fans of raw fish… at least when Pertinence is preparing the food. The main coarse was duck and it was to die for! 10/10 recommend this place to all. The restaurant was small and intimate. Overall worth the money and experience. We will be returning.

9.5/10The food is absolutely excellent. The first dish, a mackerel cut in sashimi style served under a tempura-ed shiso with miniature flowers on top was one of the most beautiful presentations that I have ever seen anywhere. No, this is not Japanese food but the influence is unmistakable. The sea bass with some flavors from Malaysia. was delicious. And finally, the perfectly prepared duck served with elaborate wine sauce, was the perfect ending to a perfect meal.

10/10Absolutely marvellous experience. This tiny little restaurant epitomises the personal touch as there are only 4 tables max. Run by a very talented couple, you get a nice view into the kitchen but its not distracting. The food was all absolutely delicious - refreshing fish with a bouquet of flavours that didn't overpower it, perfectly cooked meat. The exact right amount of food for a tasting menu and the wine pairings were surprising at times but perfect. And the bread was to die for!

9.5/10Absolutely wonderful meal. Beautiful interior, excellent service and a series of unforgettable dishes and wine. The food was all very approachable and familiar but executed on a completely different level from anything I've had before.
