Staff was unfriendly. They didn't have the courtesy to apologise for the wrong table given. We booked upstairs (confirmed via telephone), since downstairs was too crammed to fit a big group (13 pax). Finally allowed us to use upstairs after we insisted. Staff was slow. We ordered our food at 6.20pm, and it came at 7.40pm, which is 1h20m of waiting. This is very slow, considering the restaurant was almost empty (no customers).

The ambience was very good, the nachos were different but not tasty. The half chicken we took , the sauce could have been better. The p.p burger with nuggets had too much leaves and veggies and could have been better with a regular bun, they could have been more kind with the amount of chicken nuggets in the burger. Overall ok , but will not go again.
