3/10The place in fact is more like a fast food or take away service but not a real restaurant. It’s not possible to stay long inside because of the smell of food. Only one guy cooking and serving, so not a proper service. No alcohol service, even wine is not served. The water was only from the fridge, extremely cold. We have been told that the fork discount is valid only for the pasta, not for the salads, although in the application is written 50 % of the ‘à la carte’ menu. In fact we didn’t receive a receipt where we can see the separate items and if a discount was applied or not.

We would like to clarify that Pasta Express is intentionally a fast-casual concept, focused on freshly prepared pasta dishes, with the option to eat in or take away. Regarding the food smell, we cook continuously with fresh ingredients, which can be noticeable, and we are always working to improve customer comfort. As for the service, our team may be limited at certain times, but we always do our best to provide fast and friendly service. We indeed do not serve alcohol, which is a conscious choice and part of our concept. Concerning TheFork discount, it applies to pasta dishes, as stated in the offer conditions. However, we will make sure to communicate this more clearly in the future. Finally, we would like to mention that you told us in person that you enjoyed the food, which we truly appreciate.
