A delightful dinner with friends. Very warm and accommodating service. Good wine and food selection. This is the second time in a month we had split the turbot for 2 and excellent yet again. The Basque cheesecake for dessert is a winner! Slightly smoky and rich but perfect. Thanks to the Primitivo staff for a wonderful evening.

This was our third visit in as many weeks, so we have tried most of the menu and quite a few wines from their list. Everything has been spot on, the service is unobtrusive but efficient and the tables layout seems to ensure a pleasant experience with minimum noise from other diners. We will definitely return.

The location is great, just of the main street and therefore a little quieter. Inside is very pleasant with a nice atmosphere. They have an outside terrace which is lovely in the summer, but in the winter the inside is super cosy, warm and comfortable. The staff know what they are doing and are very attentive without being intrusive. If you are unsure ask them and they will help. They did not have our choice for starter but made some very good suggestions for alternatives. Our meal was excellent and we will return again, soon.
