There were fabulous staff, Samantha for instance but unfortunately all of the other service was diabolical until she took over. Missing drinks, food items. Really slow service. So so sad as it’s an amazing view. It really needs some strong management. Please ME hotels, it’s a great spot. We still managed to enjoy ourselves by laughing off the poor service and getting drunk!! But it was a big bill for a poor performance. If I was on a date night or celebration meal, I would have been fuming! You need more staff like Samantha!

Very slow service. Hard to get attention from the staff. Waiter Forgot our order of rum together with our coffee and dessert. No apologies nor discount to cover for the mistake (which would have been an easy way to win us back over). Food was good, drinks too, but quite pricey, so quality as expected I would say.
