Had dinner at RAMEN-ISM & IMPOSSIBLE last night with a colleague. We both ordered shoyu ramen with extra noodles and fried gyoza—the quality was truly on par with what you’d find in Japan. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The only improvement? A more authentic ramen shop ambiance to match the amazing food!

What a lovely, cozy spot in the middle of the red light district. The server was friendly, the food was excellent (and great plant-based choices!) My friend and I felt super comfortable and sat and talked without being rushed. I will be back again!

The food just ok. The card payment machine had trouble so the waiter had to come back several times. We ordered food without pork. The first waiter (man) told us that they separate broth chicken and pork, so it was ok for us to order. When the second waiter (woman) came, we wanted to make sure about the food we ordered. This waiter informed us that the broth is already mixed between pork and chicken. It made us confused and hesitate. Then we decided to order the food without containing soup (broth). And then again the waiter (woman) came to us and apologized that she didn't know that the broth wasn't mixed. Ok, then we finally ordered the food (ramen) since they convinced us that they will provide with the chicken broth (not mixed). After a while, the food (ramen) came, and…. There were pork ham as a topping, where we already told them we don't eat pork. So the waiter apologized again, and they make another one without pork. We have to wait another 10 minutes before we ate.
