Waiters were so nice and service here is really great. The karage was one of the best I’ve had, so crispy and juicy I couldn’t stop eating it. Ramen was great as well, loved getting dinner here. Would recommend to anyone craving authentic Japanese food in Amsterdam.

Ramen-Ism & Impossible is serving really delicious ramen. The staff is super kind and professional. I went there with a group of 8 people and we had a great time. This is excellent place to eat ramen and also hang out with friends with different food needs. Definitley I will come back <3

Had dinner at RAMEN-ISM & IMPOSSIBLE last night with a colleague. We both ordered shoyu ramen with extra noodles and fried gyoza—the quality was truly on par with what you’d find in Japan. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The only improvement? A more authentic ramen shop ambiance to match the amazing food!

What a lovely, cozy spot in the middle of the red light district. The server was friendly, the food was excellent (and great plant-based choices!) My friend and I felt super comfortable and sat and talked without being rushed. I will be back again!
