10/10We had such a lovely evening at restaurant Verena! The food is incredibly delicious! The porcini mushroom pasta is one of the best pasta dishes I have ever had and that includes our two times in Italy! The owners are lovely people and make you feel at home from the moment you enter their restaurant. I felt as if I was a part of their family! We highly recommend this restaurant!

10/10The service was impeccable period. The owners, Signore B. and the Madame were so welcoming. We like great Italian wine. Signore B offered one not listed on menu perfect. Spouse and I split a Italian mixed salad and lasagna. Salad fresh and bountiful. Lasagna was one of the best at a restaurant I have ever had . Finished with homemade tiramisu. all members of clean plate club.

9.5/10Quaint, delightful couple waited on us. Very pleasant and welcoming. Excellent food...lasagna, pizza, and cannoli. And Tiramisu to top the evening off!

8.5/10The Resturant were very accommodating as we change the booking twice to accommodate friends whose plane was delayed coming into Schipol. We ended up eating much later than planned but it all worked out fine which considering it was a Sunday evening was much appreciated.

8.5/10The food was excellent but the reservation terrible When we arrived there was no place for us because there was an over reservation. So we got a place almost in the toilet.

10/10We always visit when in Amsterdam. It's as if we were visiting an Italian family, where you are treated to lovingly prepared Italian food. The menu is not long, but the dishes are always freshly prepared by the owners themselves. A great place in the city center for a cozy evening with friends.

10/10Love this little gem!! Staff are so welcoming and accommodating. They lady serving was so friendly and made us feel right at home. Lovely people family run.The ambience is very laid back. The Pizzas were fantastic. We booked and glad we did cos it was full.

9.5/10A bit off the beaten track but well worth a visit, the building was covered in scaffolding when we went 1 st week in August so that was off putting, but the Stacy& food more than made up for that

This was a great family run restaurant. It was a little out from the centre but only about 15 mins walk from the Station. Food was very nice, with a very friendly welcome from the owner. The only small negative was that we were tucked away in the corner, so it was difficult to get attention, so in the end we didn't end up ordering more drinks or dessert. This is definitely worth a visit if you like Italian but book beforehand as it gets busy.

10/10A lovely family run neighbourhood Italian. Excellent pizza and pasta . We only wish we'd had room to try the tiramisu made by the owner's wife! Great service and a friendly relaxed vibe.
