Excellent food and friendly staff. Good variety on the menu - family of 4 and we all had something different, each of us loved what we had. Service was a touch slower than we are accustomed to but very friendly. Cute restaurant and ambiance.

The restaurant was nearly empty, and two waitresses had all the time in the world to gossip near us—without noticing us at all. The food practically flew onto our table, delivered by the dumbwaiter from the basement-level kitchen, which was right next to my seat. The food itself was good, and the portions were huge (enough for two).

I live in Amsterdam and I didn’t want to fall into a tourist trap, so I read all the reviews which were good, but, I was totally disappointed. I entered a restaurant without any ambience. I had made a reservation but we weren’t even welcomed and just told to take any seat. We ordered the antipasto misto as entree and it was terrible and made it worse by putting balsámico dressing o we everything. I ordered pasta for main dish. The tagliatelle were all broken and overcooked, the sauce was much too heavy and bland, and the portion was enormous, really too much. The pizza we saw pass by to other clients looked factory made. The girl who served us looked like she was being forced to work there. Eighty euros for 2 down the drain.

Excellent service. Had an allergy chart since my children had nut allergy. Lots of dessert choices with no nuts. Enjoyed it thoroughly.
