6.5/10A nice experience (although) pricey with some minus, the roof top decor looks worn out and could do with some refreshing. The croquetas we ordered were still frozen in the core no big deal but a bit disappointing again considering the price and the paella and fideua again ok a bit dry. We tried it because it was an offer would not be happy if paying full price. Its clear they need a rethink of their F&B offering - hope my feedback doesn’t read too harshly this can be a stunning place!

6.5/10We went to have an early Spanish dinner to see the sunset from the roof terrace of the MIM hotel. Sun was going down and when 30 minutes later it was set we finally fought the attention of waiters to ask for the menu. The cocktails were ok, but expensive and presented without frills. The startes came after one another and that was ok because we wanted to share them. They were put on the table without any words like the service was gonna be for the rest of the dinner. None of the waiters came back to our table for one hour till suddenly one of the waiters can up with a tomato salad. Put it on the table without any words the words, ‘ for the long wait’ and he was gone. 15 minutes later our mains arrived, food was ok. Halfway our main course one of the waiters came with 3 glasses of cava to compensate for the long wait. Nice gesture but a little late. The staff and management need proper hospitality training and the whole experience could use more eye for detail. Big disappointment.

It is worth visiting this rooftop restaurant just for the incredible views over Sitges, however, the food was really top quality and not to be missed.

6/10Like the restaurant but the music was awful formambiencenandneben played heavy rock on roof terrace. Staff seemed distracted and not really attentive. The chef menu was good but make sure to specify to cook beef as its very very rare. Nice staff but overall lacked atmosphere.

7/10Menu del dia not available in weekends, doesn’t been said anywhere. So take the menu del dia out of the elevator and at the front menu. Asked for fries with the main course but got it served as a starter. Pity the restaurant is going backwards. :(

6.5/10It's the first time a restaurant keeps me waiting almost 2 hours without anything on the table because they had a lot of duties in the terrace. Anyway I decided to give them time to attend me, nothing happened. And I asked several times how was the order going, tho. When the match finished, I asked if I could go upstairs to finally have my plate then, but they told me you can't eat because now it's too late.... This is, they never care for it, nobody took leadership, and no one prevent this to happen.... So overall speaking, I spent 2 hours inside the hotel without even a glass of water on my table, and I had to leave at 11pm without eating or drinking anything..... These kind of rare things only happen in Spain, and sadly, in Catalonia.... If you want plenty of good service in Spain, even when Summer season arrives, please visit Galicia. The service and the cuisine there are the best you can possibly get in the country. Sitges has the disadvantage of having very few places of high quality food with plenty of good service. The MIM Hotel was more or less a good bet... But sometimes they commit rare mistakes like this that really piss you off.... Great options like Hotel Terramar, Sunway or Casa Vilella comes to my mind if the quality of service goes down at MIM.

8.5/10Fantastic location. Good ingredients, but better cooking of the fish and meat could have improved the experience. It was a bit dryer than we would have liked. The coulant tasted very nice but came only slightly warmed and firm. It just needs a little more care to elevate this restaurant to exceptional. It's certainly on our list to go back to. Lovely wine!

We are longtime patrons of Land/sky. The food has been consistently good and both rooftop and lower restaurant are great atmospheres. Something has happened in the last few months. It had gotten remarkably better. This menu dinner (st valentine) was fantastic. Outstanding. Creative. Refined. Full of flavor. Excellent. Every course thoughtfully prepared and served. If you’ve not been, go now. If you haven’t been in a while… go back. We had a lunch here last month that was shocklingly good. So happy that they continue to improve and shine!

7.5/10It is a very nice venue for drinks and dinner with a lovely view from the rooftop. The food was of mixed quality - starters were quite good, fish of the day was excellent, their version of a Milanese was poor, desserts (all bought in) were nice.

I dined here to take advantage of using yums. The ambience and setting is definitely the main reason for coming, great views of sitges, the mountains and the sea. Service was also friendly and welcoming. I'm vegan so there were a few options for eating. The starter, grilled leeks, was very nicely presented and had lots of good flavours. The vegan rice, however, is a bit of a disappointment, especially when they say "you will not miss the meat". A few thin slices of mushroom and courgette, plus some cherry tomatoes, on a thin bed of rice is not much of a substitute. I saw meat and fish eaters dishes going out and this did not compare. I think they need a vegan chef to help them out with this.
