10/10My partner and I only had one night in Noto and chose to eat here from all the positive reviews we read and we were not disappointed.... the food was outstanding! We had the steak tartare which was new to the menu and was amazing, everything else we had was gorgeous as well!! The service was also amazing, the ladies are very attentive and friendly, they made the whole experience so enjoyable! Would 100% come back!

10/10Beautiful outdoor terrace away from all the noise of the Main Street. Our dinners were excellent. The Italian Chardonnay excellent and the service fabulous!

10/10The most amazing good we have eaten in Sicily. Our friend was not well so not eating and our server insisted (in the Sicillian way) on him having some plain pasta. He couldn't eat it but it was beyond delicious! I wish we had been hungrier as the canoli's looked amazing. Wonderful wonderful ❤️

10/10We enjoyed a spectacular meal at Retablo, thoroughly enjoying their fresh takes on traditional Sicilian dishes and their fantastic wine list. The staff was attentive and friendly, and we placed our trust in their hands as they made delicious recommendations. Standout dishes included the beef involtini, peperonata dusted with dark chocolate, and grilled octopus with spinach and stracciatella cheese. Also recommend trying the cocktails made with Sicilian gin. Would return in a heartbeat!

The food and service are outstanding. From start to finish, dining at Retablo was a treat. Katharina and her staff are delightful, thoughtful, and accommodating, especially of a solo diner. I highly recommend the risotto and DIY cannolo.

10/10My wife and I enjoyed a lovely dinner at Retablo. The food was excellent and the service was very welcoming and efficient without being fussy. We would have returned to Not to have dinner at Retablo again but, alas, they were closed the next day for well deserved rest.

10/10Quiet and romantic place in the historical center of Noto, near the Cathedral. Delicious food served in style. The beef cheek is sensational. Prices are high, but your pleasure has a price. It's a must try.

10/10A superb restaurant. One of the finest my wife and I have encountered in Italy. We were warmly greeted by the owner who (at our request) told us the story of the restaurant and offered informed menu recommendations. Highlights included octopus amuse-bouche, shrimp risotto with unexpected sweet accents, tuna in pistachio crust and chocolate mousse. Also the bread basket was exceptionally good. The passion of the owner, chef and staff were obvious and added to our enjoyment. A bright, clean space tucked around a corner behind the Palazzo Ducezio. Very highly recommended.
