10/10Our waiter was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have a gluten intolerance and he was helpful in helping me choice a gluten free pasta to enjoy. The pasta was delicious and we truly enjoyed our time at Ricette! Thank you!

8.5/10A small eclectic restaurant, ably managed by a single front of house waiter. Limited menu but our shared starter and two pasta dishes were well presented and more than adequate quantity. They were all delicious. Couple of glasses of house wines, a white and red were also very enjoyable. Usual Paris prices. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.

9.5/10Please warm up the plate. I said the same on my last comment. Read the comments ;) Everything else was great, the quality of the food, the attention. The dishes are rather small but it's ok if you get at least 2-3 courses.

10/10What a delightful find for our first night in Paris! The proprietor was charming and accommodating. I have a gluten allergy and was able to eat just as well as my husband. The food was delicious, he took the time to explain everything on the menu (translating it for us as we’re very beginning French speakers), and the wine was perfectly paired. We are already planning our return.

Apres Olio Pane Vino dans le 1er à Paris, Francesco Bertuna ouvre Ricette (Recettes), son deuxième restaurant dans le 5ème à Paris.
Ce chef autodidacte originaire de Sicile vous propose une cuisine italienne moderne et raffinée, qui n'oublie pas le classique de la Botte.
Le recettes, réalisées avec des produits frais, sont proposées dans des menus qui changent tous les jours, en utilisant des matières premières de fournisseurs locaux et d'Italie, comme l'huile d'olive de la maison Giachi et les pâtes de la maison Fabbri fabriquées en Toscane.
Les plats des pâtes sont aussi proposées sans gluten.
Une belle carte de vins italiens avec des étiquettes en bio et en biodynamie vous est également proposée.
