A neighborhood restaurant in Travestere with excellent food, great atmosphere and excellent service. We ate there on a rainy afternoon and we felt like locals rather than tourists. The after lunch Limoncello on the house was a treat!

Our waiter was very helpful in helping us choose from the menu. My husband had the sea bas special which was magnificent and I had the veal saltimbocca which was beautiful.

We ordered a carbonara, an amatriciana, a pizza Romana and tiramisu. Everything was excellent and for the price I highly recommend it. Many thanks for our server Salvo who was very helpful for everything we needed.

Thought it would be less touristy but once we sat down and saw the group of 16 americans being sat down with a guide we knew it was going to be not good. The suppli was terrible, I asked for Carpaccio they sent out a steak (I would never order steak in Rome, the artichoke was greasy overdone and not fresh,etc. Just a tourist spot and regret because just had two amazing meals n Testaccio the previous nights.

Great ambiance. Walking distance from hotel was convenient. Food was great. Restaurant got super busy about 7:30p. We had the meatballs and I had the Bolognese that were amazing. My husband had a pizza that was good too. Would definitely recommend.

Pasta was good but very few choices are gluten free. No pizza available as gluten free. The staff was very stressed out and did not greet people kind enough. Rest of the experience was good.

This restaurant is lovely, inside and out. The food was very good, it’s reasonably priced and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our waitress was Chiara and she was excellent
