A real treat in a quiet back square of spoleto. Beautiful music and a leafy background. But it was the food that made the dinner special. Roasted mushrooms to start and then the most delicious cod with peas. Delicate tastes and fabulous ingredients.

Lovely food and great service. Something to note - the outdoor terrace area has building works just metres away making it quite ugly to sit and look at! Not the restaurants fault but just something to note! Would still recommend

Wonderful attention, beatiful environment and, more importanty, a delicioius, creative and elegantly presented food. We loved it! And we loved it as much as for going for lunch and dinner in the same day.

The food was outstanding. We loved the egg truffle dish as well as the tagliatelle with truffle. The mains were also excellent. The beef filet and pork tenderloin were terrific as well as our dessert, the cresciendo! The wine list is very good too.

The setting is really interesting, within the medieval space of Spoleto. Service was attentive without being intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The pre- antipasti was really good, fabulous homemade bread sticks as part of it..the menu is seasonal, local with a unique approach, well worth a visit.

Service was excellent. When I mentioned that I am vegetarian, the waiter brought a different amuse bouche. An elegant restaurant. The amuse bouche and our appetizers were excellent. We were disappointed with our main courses (a pasta dish and the cod)

Loved the porcini mushroom and puff pastry/truffle appetizers, as well as the wonderfully tender beef and rack of lamb dishes and the pineapple and basil sorbet dessert. Very good service and an enjoyable soft soundtrack. A most pleasant lunch during a visit to Spoleto.

On holiday and wanted to enjoy a special anniversary dinner. Our food was excellent. We had a lovely table and chose an excellent Montefalco wine. We felt the service was a bit nonchalant at the beginning. It took a while to take our order and we had to pour our own wine but they were a lot more attentive at the end. There was an issue with the bill of a neighbouring table and the way the room is set up means that everyone is aware of it, similarly with waiting staff greeting friends. But food is so good, it makes an evening special.

We are from Canada and got engaged in Umbria last year; we then discovered Apollinare and loved it so much that we promised ourselves to be back this year, the last night before our wedding. It was as good the second time and our young trilingual waiter was charming, adding to the magic of the experience.
