Ordered a starter & 2x Carbonara mains. 1x Carbonara came 1st + 1 different main. Then 2nd main came with starter @15mins later. Both Carbonaras were undercooked & dry. Awful

We apologize for the delay in the second course and for the quality of the carbonara, which clearly didn't meet our usual standards.
