10/10This small restaurant was a very pleasant surprise, something different. The French chef clearly has his own ideas on what kind of restaurant he wants to create. In the short menu (no problem for us) very great attention is paid to detail in the variety of flavours and the presentation. Moreover, the meats are all cooked in accordance with a slow cooking method that keeps them tender. The lasting impression was the care in the preparation and the quality of the food and wine - with few frills, bistro-style.
