10/10Excellent dinner with attentive and lively service. The aged beef was fantastic as was the Basque cheesecake. A delicious meal - my only feedback would be to offer more vegetables on the menu (seems to be a common issue in Madrid).

10/10Amazing cuisine , the location is classy, the service kind and professional . I have had my lunch here , it was amazing , Spanish traditional cuisine here, I have tried a beef filetto a la parilla it was amazing , delicious . A member of the staff Dani give me good advice in order to make me feel comfortable . I will be back soon .

10/10I went specifically to try the dry aged meat Rubia Galega. My expectations were very high and the quality of their product was awesome. Cooked perfectly and they even let me inside the kitchen to show me the process and the cut of the meat. The service is very good, tables are very clean and well positioned. Very good wines. Fish and Vegs are also very good. The price is in line with the quality so I wouldn't say that it is expensive. Strongly suggested for business dinners as there are two private rooms.

5/10The place seems to be in disarray regarding the service provided by the number of waiters. To start there is no host at the entrance to greet you and direct you to your table. The service was rushed and not commensurate to the prices. The meat for which they should know best was disappointing in terms of cooking, temperature and presentation.

9.5/10Great atmosphere and nice for conversation. I prefer the downstairs informal seating for pintxos, but you can also order from the menu. My favorite is a half salad, self-service Pintxos and cheesecake for dessert.

7.5/10Food was good especially the baby squid. The little appertifs of chorizo at the beginning of the meal was great. The steaks were good too but would’ve liked a description of which was which (we got 2 different types.) Service was difficult as the servers were always behind the bar and it was difficult to get their attention especially once the restaurant had more customers. Once we were able to call them though, everything was good.

10/10I enjoyed the opportunity to try the Basque cuisine while in Madrid. They have a nice selection of pintos (tapas) in addition to a selection of fish and aged beef-the steak was great. Worth a visit.

El Grupo Sagardi acerca la cocina tradicional vasca a una de las arterias de Madrid. Se trata del restaurante Sagardi Castellana, entre Colón y Rubén Darío, y sabe a autenticidad, aquella que tenían las sidrerías y tabernas del norte.
El restaurante Sagardi Castellana cuenta con una carta rica y protagonizada por productos frescos y de máxima calidad. Cocinados con cariño resultan elaboraciones como el Tartar de atún rojo de almadraba de Barbate y guindilla de Ibarra. El Bacalao frito de sidrería y el Txuletón de vaca vieja a la parrilla son dos excelencias entre los principales, mientas que “Tejas y cigarrillos” de Tolosa son una dulce sorpresa al final.
Por otra banda, puedes acercarte a la barra del restaurante Sagardi y degustar sus diferentes pintxos. En ambos casos, una bodega de altura con lugar también para cavas, champanes y sidras te acompañará. ¿A qué esperas para descubrirlo?
Para comer un buen chuletón vasco hay que acudir a Sagardi. Y es que este restaurante, ubicado muy cerca de la Plaza de Colón, es todo un referente de comida vasca en la capital. Su gran atractivo es la espectacular barra de pintxos y su parrilla vista donde contemplas en directo como asan los chuletones de vaca vieja y automáticamente comienzas a salivar. La carne es su punto fuerte, pero si uno quiere encontrarse con la cocina vasca y, además, no quiere rascarse demasiado el bolsillo, tiene que pararse en la zona de barra para tomar una caña y probar su espectacular chistorra casera, la morcilla o las croquetas de jamón. ¡De diez!
A partir del mes de noviembre puedes disfrutar de sus platos de temporada como las alubias de Tolosa. ¡Insuperables!
