10/10It was truly magical. The ambiance of the place was nice and I loved the terrace seating with the outdoor lights and trees. THe food and cocktails were amazing.

9/10I’d like to extend a big thanks to the amazing manager, Elizabeth, at Zuma in Madrid. She was incredibly helpful, organizing our food quickly as we were in a hurry to catch a train, and even assisted in arranging a taxi. Zuma never disappoints—always a top-class experience. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

7/10The place is beautiful but it is definitely for the elite. It simply is not worth the price. The service is professional but, again, more for those who need to "feel important". I prefer a simpler natural, no need to prove anything approach, but that is me. What horrifies me is that they price gouge you on the wine. If you want a glass of wine, they charge you 50% of the entire bottle price and pour you a miniscule amount (less than 1/5 of the bottle). This is Spain!!

7/10The service quality has worsened since rhe last time. Party of 3, they came with one wer towel not 3. I had to ask for it. The order of dishes was different than what we agreed with the waitress. The brought the side order but not the main dish and we asked to tale it away until the main dish could be served which apparently was served by mistake to another table. In sum, sloppy service not the quality to be expected at Zuma
