We had the worst experience, unfortunately. We arrived at 9pm and had to wait almost 20 min to get to our table, which we have reserved before. The table was placed right by the stairs, in a very odd position, and we were then hearing 2 different songs at once (coming both from the 1st and second floors: one was a dance music, as if we were at a club - and the other one was classical). Ordering was actually in a rush, and the waiter didn’t even have the patience or time for us. It took them 2 hours to bring the dishes: the starter was brought at the same time as the main course. We ordered the tartar - it was tasteless and the Parmesan sauce consistency was gelatinous. I had only one bite of it. The 2 main dishes were as terrible: the mashed potato came super cold, as if it was just out of the fridge and was truly bumpy. The other dish was as terrible as these 2. We had a couple of bites and left. The o oh good thing was the wine, a good Italian wine.
