We used to go to Semoule when it was Chez Leon - probably was our favourite cous cous restaurant for several years, although it was looking a little faded. Reopening as Semoule has rejuvenated the paintwork & facilities & also subtly enhanced the range of the menu - it’s an absolute delight to be there. Looking forward to the next time.

The staff only knew a few words of English, but luckily we aren't totally uneducated in French. So with our best efforts at French and a bit of pointing we attempted to order what we wanted, which worked surprisingly well! The service was fast and the food was absolutely delicious. Great start to our one week stay in Paris!
