We waited along with others at the bottom of the ramp at the “Please wait here to be seated” sign. No one ever came to greet us so 15 mins later we sought out a server to ask to be seated. Some people got tired of waiting and left. We had a reservation. Once seated, we had to ask for menus and waited about 40 minutes total for any food or drink to arrive.

The first time I was here, the food was wonderful. This time, after waiting a very long time, I had to send back the French toast. It was cold. Like it had just come out of the refrigerator. So disappointing, especially since I was there with a friend. But the view was/is always amazing.

Had no idea we had reserved. "Oh we did not check the bookings". The terrasse was a mess, the food less than good, over cooked pasta, the menu had nothing on it. Over rated restaurant and bar.

The food and service were excellent. It rained a little, so we had to go inside. The inside of the restaurant could have been nicer. All in all a very good experience.

Great location. The server forgot about our order, and apparently did not enter it in the system, so after almost 2 hours and multiple reminders to the server we were ready to leave. The manager noticed and rushed our order. Food was great! The server only came back to charge us, which didn’t feel right after the long wait. The manager came back out and reimbursed our meal. This is a great spot, just have to work on the service .
