The food is amazing, but you are understaffed concerning the number of waiters rendering the service erratic and quite long. You should employ more waiters.

I picked this restaurant because I filtered via Vegan and vegetarian options. The vegetarian food was very limited with two pasta dishes. The bruschetta was so hard I couldn’t even cut it with a knife and folk. The portions were very small.
