This is where we spent our last night in beautful, charming Pietra Santa. It did not dissapoint! The food was exquisite, the service was stellar. The chef is so creative and talented , and his servers were warm and friendly! We can’t wait to come back!

The restaurant itself is very nice. We had some starters but they didn’t come all together and then we waited more than an hour for the mains. They offer us a bottle of wine for the wait which was nice and brought some olives and chips to eat but once the mains arrived, the spaghetti with the tartare were cold and dry. The Paccheri and the dish of the day were actually the nicest ones. The ravioli, not very tasty. Once we made it notice they said the paccheri takes longer to cook than the spaghetti and this must be the reason. I would assume a chef knows the time of cooking of their own menu and should act accordingly. Lastly our friend who arrived early stated they offered him 2 glasses of wine while waiting for us but at the end was on the bill (and we arrived only 20 min later) . They should have been clear with this. Pricey overall. We spent 60€ each
