I’m very disappointed with how the reservation and discount were handled. I chose this restaurant specifically because The Fork showed a 30% promotion on the menu. I made the reservation assuming the discount applied, but when I arrived, I was told the promotion was no longer valid that day. I asked to speak to the manager but was told there was nothing left to be done. This felt misleading and unfair, so we decided to leave. If the restaurant isn’t able to honor the promotion, it shouldn’t be allowed to advertise it. I should have been clearly informed before confirming the reservation.

The site of the resturante is not the most pleasant or romantic or chic but that's not what I was going for. It's located in the centre of a known neighbourhood and it fits. Sushi cafe is already known for its above average quality sushi. Ambience is nice, I personally like the scent they chose for this restaurant. Service was nice and fast. Main dishes came right after starters and the beverages in the beginning. In sum, a nice meal.

I went there for Friday dinner with my partner. Unfortunately they got our sashimi order wrong and didn't have the drink we wanted. But the service we received made up for all of that! I was never so nicely treated at another sushi in Lisbon! We got an extra sashimi (with what we had asked for) and also a free cocktail on the house. Our waiter was Elena and she was nothing but extremely thoughtful and quick to help. I know a few of very good sushi places in Lisbon and I can tell - this is definitely the best service I ever had. And the food is also great.

I think the overall experience was quite nice. There's still room for improvement, for example, the tea is served in a small cup instead of a teapot. This is just a small thing because the sushi was delicious.

Very nice sushi dinner for date night, but not great value for the money given prices typical in the area. We would have paid the about the same and more likely less in the NYC area where we recently lived.
