8.5/10Food was so good as usual, service is alright not the best. What really threw me off was the fact that when they came with the bill, they asked me if I wanted to pay the bill with tip or no tip and I just thought that was a bit ridiculous as this is not a country that practices a tipping culture and I shouldn’t be questioned this as it was uncomfortable. If I wanted to tip, I would say something, I shouldn’t be asked this.

7/10Food was OK but portions were small and the menu is expensive. Our margaritas were served in martini glasses and were 8 euros each. We used TheFork and got 50% off the food but it was still 25 euros per person. They also added a 5% tip without asking us! Will not return.

8/10At Taqueria das Avenidas, the atmosphere promises an authentic Mexican experience with vibrant decor and lively music. However, the food didn't quite live up to expectations. The burrito lacked the bold flavors I was hoping for, although it was decent in size and texture. Service, on the other hand, was excellent. The staff was friendly, efficient, and attentive throughout, enhancing the overall dining experience. Overall, Taqueria das Avenidas offers a pleasant ambience and great service, but falls short on delivering truly flavorful Mexican dishes.

9/10One of the best mexican food places in town. Everything was fresh and packed with flavour! Definitely had the best totopos I've had in Lisbon here, and the burritos were also amazing. The service was definitely a high point too - my congratulations to the staff for a wonderful experience. The music was a tiny bit too loud: it didn't interfere with our enjoyment of the place, but we went pretty early. Recommend going there if you want some good south-american food, or if you're in the mood for something fresh and different. We'll definitely come back to try the desserts :)

7/10The servers were lovely. However the food was mediocre and the drinks no bueno. Also it was supremely loud in there. We were expecting 30% off but did not receive it. It’s ok though, it want terribly expensive, but we won’t be returning any time soon.
