2/10We waited more than one hour for each course, 2 out of 5 courses were not cooked properly (we returned the fish because it was completely raw). Although we arrived before 9 pm, our main course was served couple of minutes before midnight and the dessert after midnight. Service was really bad. It seems tnat they were not up to the challenge of new years eve…

10/10We got a ceviche branzino amarillo, a spaghetti di zucchina, a guacamole as I never had around the world, a succulent catchapacha, a chichen teriyaki and pane perso as dessert. I particularly loved the platano chips that we received in automatico when they accommodated us at our table. The wine suggested was really good. A large menu, peaceful ambience and smooth service with a sharing concept. We loved everything!

10/10It was a Nice surprise to find such a bold and vibrant concept. I would have expected it in Rome or Milan but I didn’t expect Trieste to be so forward-thinking. We would surely come back soon, most probably tomorrow before heading up to our next stop.

6/10The food was ok, though a limited menu. The restaurant lacked any ambience, no music playing for long periods and it felt as though we were in the way of breakfast set up for the hotel the next morning. Disappointing.

We are aware that every Guest may have very personal perceptions, which we fully respect. We would also like to point out that our menu actually includes thirty-eight items, ranging from raw fish and tacos to pasta dishes, salads, meat and fish options, desserts, and side dishes. It is truly unfortunate that the atmosphere did not meet your expectations. We take your observations regarding the absence of music and the impression of being near the breakfast setup very seriously: these are aspects we are already reviewing to improve the overall experience of our Guests, especially those dining later in the evening and seated near the buffet corner. 7/10Very very good food and drinks but staff need some serious training. Waiting times in conjuction with absolute absence of any communication are absurd. We received first drinks other than water only after 30 minutes. What...???

9.5/10We were pleased with the wines by the glass recommended by our server. The chicken yakitori and salmon teriyaki were delicious and the grilled slice of cauliflower and sauce were a perfect complement to our food.

8.5/10The stuff was great, very welcoming and caring . The food was served fresh and very well decorated, mix of tastes. Special price from our side goes to coctails, delicious, and very interesting looking! We'll come again for sure. We will come again!
