Best mexican food I’ve ever had! Their conichita pibil is to die for and the barbacoa is also very aromatic. The meat in the tacos al pastor was a bit dry and too salty but overal I had an amazing experience.

Service was terrible, we waited a long time to order (we actually had to go find the waitress after we waited 40 minutes) and we waited even longer for the food. The food lacked a lot of flavour. The lady who was serving us had a very bad attitude, she was constantly checking her phone and was generally not nice whatsoever. What a let down, this place has lost a lot of the charm it once had.

The food was not tasty at all and the waiter dropped the sauce container over my shoes which can happen but when I ask something to clean, he brought a very dirty cloth covered with food for me to clean my shoes. Very poor.

We have already been here and we loved the food so we came back. The portions were generous and the food was good. We had chilaquiles rojos and menu del día (tostada de ceviche, enchilada verde and tarta de manzana). We enjoyed the food and the service was ok up until the moment we wanted to pay. They brought the bill and since there is the option to pay with the Fork Pay, I told them I preferred that. I paid, got the confirmation on the app and in the email and then the main waiter (who didn't serve us) told us that it was not possible to pay like that (it was and we did do it) and insisted we pay "the normal way" AGAIN. I showed him the app, the confirmation email, he just screamed at me that it's not possible, that they don't have that option, he didn't bother to check in the app (it is instantaneous the confirmation), he claimed he had no access to the email where the confirmation was sent, he interrupted me continuously and screamed at me, although I had all the proof and tried to stay calm. I told him I was not going to pay TWICE, I showed him that the money has been taken from my bank account to their restaurant and both confirmations, again, he continued screaming at me and then said, ok, fine, thank you, bye and just left. I have not been treated in such a rude way literally never. Instead of checking the app and calling the owner and/or the Fork support, he decided that the best thing to do is try to intimidate me by screaming and being disrespectful, asking to pay twice and then dismiss me like this. I am never coming back there again.

Loved our lunch at Tlaxcal. We had lamb barbacoa tacos and tacos al pastor. Both were very good. We started with hummus. We have loved this place and it was fun to return.

Real mexican food, not the Tex-mex flavour, but real mexican tasty one. The food is pretty good, with a fair proportion. Dishes are prepared so you can share with your companions. The restaurant has a relax casual atmosphere, which I love, but can be very noisy. The waiters are very kind and attentive, giving a very fast and amicable service.

Advice: make a reservation Atmosphere: fine, could have had less light in my opinion. Make something more pleasant. Too much light now. Food: moderate. I had taco with grilled steak. Was tough. Got some of them chewed up hard. Taco fell apart. You couldn't grab it by hand. As far as I'm concerned, it could have had more flavor/spices. Service: super fast and friendly. In my opinion, sometimes too fast. Want to take your plate with you while there is still food or sauce on it. You had to react quickly otherwise your plate would be gone. ???? It was my first time going. To be honest, I didn't really think it was special to go back again.

Restaurant was great, food, drinks and service were amazing! Only down fall was there was a very loud quite drunk group that did ruin the ambiences a bit but apart from that cannot fault the experience.
