8/10The menu seems interesting and enticing but the execution is rather sloppy. The potatoes lacked seasoning and the mollejas was too salty. The mais dish was just blend and boring. They did not have the quail available, which for a small menu and first dinner shift is a bit odd. The place itself looks really nice, industrial vibes. The minimalistic themes are in my opinion taken a bit too far, sitting on a wooden bench in the booths without a cushion on the seat gets a bit rough. The service was quick and staff was friendly.
