This is a small restaurant owned by a husband and wife. The ambience is quaint, and the restaurant is immaculate. We had a glass of sparkling wine, which was excellent. My husband had the veal cheek which literally melted in his mouth. It was on a bed of mashed potatoes. I had homemade orecchiette with tomato sauce and cheese. Both dishes were excellent. It was a fantastic meal for our last night in Basel.

It was a lovely experience. The restaurant is small, on the first floor with a discrete entrance. It feels like you enter a secret door. Family run restaurant with attention to details and delicious food. Chef has a sense of balance using species, but letting products to show their own taste. Fantastic tiramisu!

It's a wonderful amazing little restaurant with a familiar atmosphere. The food was excellent and the staff very welcoming. We had a wonderful dinner and a great time! We'll definitely be returning as the food was really delicious!

25-30 covers; small and simple, but they hit all the rights notes - Amazing food; Great wines; Attentive, but not overbearing, service. What more could you ask for. Not cheap, but worth it !
