New Year’s Eve dinner was good till the dessert whose favours were somehow mixed and certainly, not in line with the good food we had eaten till the dessert. Very unfortunately, we were accommodated in the hotel library next to the real restaurant area. The small room was quite dark. Thanks to the management for accommodating my request of a non- fish meal for my son.

A truly wonderful and memorable dinner experience in Venice. We opted for their tasting menu and did not disappoint at all. All courses were great, tasty, interesting and presented in stunning way. However I'd like to specifically call out sweetbread Puccini style, gnocchis and pear dessert - these dishes were simply marvelous and I'd have them again any day of the week. And a special call-out to service, which was very pleasant, friendly, appropriate and very attentive to details.

I celebrated my birthday at dinner time. The staff were all smiling and it was nice. I ordered a five-course meal. Each dish was carefully prepared and I was very satisfied. The tableware was typical of Venice, and the glasses were all beautiful, and the wine was delicious.

This restaurant tries hard. The dishes are technically intricate and ambitious, and the execution is good. However the balance of flavours, in most of what we tasted, was simply not good. The risotto, however, was very good. The wine list felt a bit limited, and the glasses in which it was served were unfortunately horrendous. The service was good, however the lengthy explanation to describe each item felt excessive considering that the food we tasted was mostly not very good. Of course there were many other options on the menus, and people’s tastes vary, but this was a disappointing experience for us.

My husband and I travel extensively and this is one of the best restaurants we have ever been to. The food was delicious and each course was a work of art. The service was amazing and at the end , the chef came to our table and thanked us for coming. A memorable evening!
