Fantastic food. It was pure art. The wine we were served was lovely, and went well with the dishes. We were warmly welcomed, and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. We have already recommended Villa Elena to several of our Norwegian friends and family.

This was one of the finest dining experiences we have ever had. The boundless creativity of chef Marco Galtarossa was truly breathtaking. He is a culinary genius and has more than earned a third Michelin star, which he will hopefully receive next year. Add to this the beautiful setting and friendly staff and you have a good reason to make a detour to Bergamo to visit the Villa Elena.

Amazing restaurant in old building. Painted walls add emotion to the wonderful food. Very good service and ambience.

Good: Atmosphere and setting were beautiful. Service was pleasant and friendly. Bad: The food was very mediocre for the price range (lamb was the only notably pleasant dish; the fish was overcooked). Dessert was cheap (columba, which I could have bought at any local bakery) and disappointing. Food was served too quickly in succession. Pop music playlist did not match the traditional decor of the place.

One of the most beautiful restaurants I have ever been to. Excellent staff, very good wine selection. The food was also very good, but maybe a little on the expensive side. Beautiful presentation.
