The owner of the rest. And the wait staff. The only wild game rest. In Belgium. Boar, deer, venison are on the menu. Loved it.

Good food, some game hunted personally by owner Balten. Great German beer. A sunny and sheltered Biergarten for good weather and a cozy interior for lesser days. The owner is friendly, hospitable and conversational. It's clear that this is his passion and it's truly special to share in that passion. Wildstube is a hidden gem! One we will surely frequent, now that we've discovered it!

What an incredibly fun experience! The owner greeted us, helped us choose what to order, told stories about starting the restaurant, securing the provisions, preparing and cooking the food. After dinner he and some regular customers arranged a water taxi for our trip back to our hotel. While this is not a venue for vegetarians, the food was delicious and well prepared in a Dutch-German fusion style. A great local. authentic experience our party of five business colleagues from the US thoroughly enjoyed.

Very nice owner, services, food and especially nice dog, the price is also very reasonable. You definitely need to give this place a try. The place has just been opened so there aren't so many reviews, but I can assure you that this is a perfect restaurant
